Who we are

This website and the early-access list are run by the WriterAZ team. If you have any question about your data, write to support@writeraz.com.

What we collect

When you apply for early access we store your name and email address; what you write and where you are with it; optionally, how many books you have published and what gets in the way of your writing; the language of the page; your country, if our server can tell it from your connection; the campaign parameters (UTM) and the page you came from; and the time you gave your consent.

Why

We use this data only to invite you to WriterAZ in waves, to write to you about early access, and to understand who we are building WriterAZ for. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.

Visit statistics

We count visits with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that we host ourselves. It sets no cookies, does not store your IP address and does not identify you.

Who sees it

Only the WriterAZ team. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf under a data-processing agreement.

How long we keep it

Until the early-access programme ends, and no longer than 24 months after you applied — or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to support@writeraz.com. We answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above. If a change affects your data, we will tell you by email.
